The $295 starting amount is the setup/coordinator fee, not the full cost of a trip. Mileage, transporter or nanny costs, airfare, and applicable airline fees are additional. Your individual quote explains the amounts for your plan.
Your confirmed arrangements
Review your quote, invoice, disclosures, and the assigned transporter's applicable terms before accepting and paying. Those documents provide the payment, scheduling, cancellation, and refund details for the specific trip. This page is a general guide and does not replace them.
Coordinators and transportation professionals
Pet Commute coordinates transportation through independent transportation professionals. Your coordinator connects the plan, assigned professional, sender, and receiver. Ask who will carry your pet and confirm the handoff instructions before departure.
Payment questions
Confirm the fee due to Pet Commute and any remaining balance payable directly to the transporter or flight nanny, including when and how payment should be made. If payment instructions seem unfamiliar, call your coordinator before sending funds.
