Appropriate wellness checks occur about every 3–4 hours. Dogs receive breaks, water, and food when appropriate; cats remain safely secured with carrier, water, food, litter, and condition checks.

How long will the trip take?+
Distance, route, weather, stops, and shared-versus-private service affect timing. Your coordinator will discuss the expected window.
How do trip updates work?+
The trip’s group text connects the appropriate client, receiver, coordinator, and transporter for instructions and updates.
What happens during wellness checks?+
Care depends on the animal. Dogs may receive bathroom, stretch, water, and appropriate food breaks. Cats stay secured while the transporter checks water, food, carrier, litter needs, and general condition.
Is $295 the complete transportation price?+
No. It is the starting setup/coordinator fee. Mileage, transporter costs, and other trip expenses are additional.
